"Just Say Yes, We're AtTheTop of the Burj!"

Sheer excitement would have inundated within if you are to climb up the tallest skyscraper in the world for the first time, but to Lj that thrill was halted with the sudden fascination with white roses. Roses like those the little girl in purple was clutching at the lobby. When Rollan and Lj reached TheTop barely taking in the view, a visitor approached her and handed a white rose with purple ribbons. One stranger after another emerged smiling with a rose to give. She was in tears but still oblivious.

Friends started approaching to clue her in. Finally, the little lady in purple walked towards them, and before Lj could make out what is about to happen, Rollan- on his knees, with his jacket off- only had the biggest smile, a ring, and the black shirt with white bold letters to pop the question.

Amidst the eager, camera- ready crowd, she said "Yes". Now that's a priceless scene and moment no height or peak could ever display.

Iya helped Rollan in orchestrating the plan. He is Iya's co-worker and friend at Tonic in Dubai. She styled the flowers- purple is her favorite color, his is black. Banners were not allowed inside the Burj so Rollan had to be creative, being an artist himself, hence the cool shirt.

Iya started TutubiWeddings by Iya in 2003. Wedding consultancy and planning had been her platform before eventually pursuing a PR job in Dubai. Her energy and positive attitude has since been an inspiration for the Tutubi Team. This little project rekindles her passion for designing and organizing weddings. You may check "All the Love in the World" for her wedding details.

Next up, their Purple and Black Inspiration Board.

Congratulations, Lj and Rollan!♥  Share

Pambie's Bohemian Chic.

Pambie's dream wedding is bohemian, which is very apt for her lifestyle. Mexican colors, dominant reds and yellows, in some vintage cobblestoned garden with jazz and kundiman music.
